Applications are invited from eligible candidates holding a Balochistan domicile to appear in walk-in interviews for the vacant posts of Assistant (BPS-15), Stenotypist (BPS-14), Upper Division Clerk – UDC (BPS-13) and Lower Division Clerk – LDC (BPS-11) in FBR (Hqrs), Islamabad. There will be no screening or written test — all recruitment for these posts (BPS-11 to BPS-15) will be conducted through walk-in interviews only, held at Quetta, Hub and Gwadar on the dates given below. No: 1 — Name of Post: Assistant (BPS-15) — Qualification / Experience: (i) Bachelor degree from a university recognized by HEC. (ii) Successful completion of a 6 weeks Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) conducted by the NITB shall be mandatory before expiry of the probation period; otherwise, the services of the appointee(s) shall be terminated without any notice. — Age Limit (including 5 years general relaxation): Minimum 18 — Maximum 28+5 = 33 S. No: 2 — Name of Post: Stenotypist (BPS-14) — Qualification / Experience: (i) Intermediate. (ii) A minimum speed of 80/40 w.p.m. in shorthand/typing respectively. (iii) Must be computer literate. — Age Limit (including 5 years general relaxation): Minimum 18 — Maximum 25+5 = 30 S. No: 3 — Name of Post: Upper Division Clerk (BPS-13) — Qualification / Experience: (i) Intermediate. (ii) Successful completion of a 3 weeks Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) conducted by the NITB shall be mandatory before expiry of the probation period; otherwise, the services of the appointee(s) shall be terminated without any notice. — Age Limit (including 5 years general relaxation): Minimum 18 — Maximum 25+5 = 30 S. No: 4 — Name of Post: Lower Division Clerk (BPS-11) — Qualification / Experience: (i) Matric. (ii) Minimum Typing Speed of 30 WPM. No. 9/2/91-R-5 dated 24th June, 2010. In addition to the 05 years general age relaxation, the following age relaxation is admissible: S. No: (i) — Category of Candidates: Candidates belonging to Balochistan for posts in BPS-15 and below under the Federal Government — Age Relaxation Admissible: 05 years age relaxation is applicable in terms of Establishment Division O.M. dated 22.10.2026 for candidates from Balochistan S. No: (ii) — Category of Candidates: Released or Retired Officers/Persons of the Armed Forces of Pakistan — Age Relaxation Admissible: 15 years or the number of years actually served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan, whichever is less S. No: (iii) — Category of Candidates: Government Servants who have completed at least 02 years' continuous government service on the closing date of receipt of applications — Age Relaxation Admissible: 10 years, up to the age of 55 years S. No: (v) — Category of Candidates: Widow, son or daughter of a deceased civil servant who died while in service — Age Relaxation Admissible: 05 years Note: Age shall be calculated as on 16.11.2026. ## General Information / Instructions - Vacancies are reserved only for candidates having Domicile of Balochistan Province. - All recruitment for posts in BPS-11 to BPS-15 shall be conducted through walk-in interviews only. No screening test or written test will be conducted. - Candidates will be required to bring their original documents, including educational testimonials and domicile/valid residence certificate of Balochistan, along with one set of attested copies of all documents at the time of walk-in interview. - Candidates currently employed in government service must apply through the proper channel and bring a Departmental Certificate / No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the walk-in interview.
