This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid services, featured listings, subscriptions, or digital purchases made through Careerz.pk.

By making a payment on our platform, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. No Refund for Completed Services

Once a digital service (such as job listing, profile promotion, or subscription access) has been fully delivered or activated, it is non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for:

Completed featured listings
Freelance projects once started or delivered
Promotional packages or ads once displayed
Subscription periods already used

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund only if:

The service was not delivered at all
There was a confirmed technical error on our part
You were charged in error (e.g., double billing)

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following:

Your full name
Email address used on the site
Payment method and transaction ID
Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to refund requests within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your service before it is activated or published. In such cases, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the work done.

If the service has already started or been delivered, no cancellation is possible.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method only. Please allow up to 14 working days for processing, depending on your bank or provider.

We are not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or third-party financial institutions.

6. International Users

Users from outside Pakistan must comply with their local digital purchase laws. Careerz.pk follows international e-commerce guidelines, but refund processing time may vary depending on currency, gateway, and region.

Currency exchange differences or transfer fees (if any) will not be refunded.

7. No Chargebacks Policy

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated date.
