Requirements
- Minimum LLM from HEC-recognized university or reputed foreign institution.

Job Description
As Director General (Legal), the selected candidate will lead CCP’s legal division and provide professional legal guidance to ensure the Commission’s operations remain within the constitutional and legal framework of Pakistan. Responsibilities include legal advisory, drafting regulations, representing CCP in courts, and supporting adjudication proceedings.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal and regulatory advice to the Commission.
- Draft and examine rules, regulations, and other legal instruments.
- Assist in adjudication processes and legal interpretations.
- Represent CCP before High Courts, Competition Appellate Tribunal, and other judicial forums.
- Offer legal opinions on corporate and competition law matters.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: LLM / Ph.D. / Barrister-at-Law
- Experience: 15 years (10 for Ph.D.) in relevant legal work
- Age: Maximum 55 years
- Citizenship: Pakistani
- Skills: Leadership, legal drafting, communication, and litigation expertise
